Amazon MGM has announced the release date for The Beekeeper sequel. The project starring Jason Statham will open in US theatres on January 15, 2027. Statham will again headline the film alongside Jeremy Irons, Pom Klementieff and other cast members. The first instalment was released in 2024 and grossed $162 million worldwide. Timo Tjahjanto (Nobody 2) is set to direct the sequel. The Beekeeper told the story of a former operative who sets out to avenge his neighbour’s killers. The film was directed by David Ayer (Suicide Squad).
