The luxurious rooms of the Chateau de La Messardiere palace hotel on the French Riviera began to welcome new guests: Helena Bonham Carter, Chris Messina and Marissa Lng joined Alexander Ludwig, AJ Michalka, Steve Coogan and Caleb John Edwards.
Details of the characters to be portrayed by the actors in Mike White’s award-winning television anthology series have not been disclosed. The plotline of the new season is also kept in the strictest confidence.
As in previous seasons, which took place in chain hotels in Hawaii, Italy and Thailand, the plot will center on the guests and staff of the White Lotus Hotel, whose fates will change their vector in the most dramatic way within a week. The creator, screenwriter and director of the project, Mike White, will once again explore pressing social issues through the prism of black comedy. At the time of writing, it is unknown whether any of the already familiar characters will appear in the fourth season.
Jennifer Coolidge starred in the first and second seasons, and Natasha Rothwell appeared in the first and third. Jon Gries starred in all three parts. Charlotte Le Bon, a member of Chapter Three, is a strong contender for the lead role in the new story because she speaks French and she is the new girlfriend of Jon Gries’s character Greg.
